You may not impersonate another person or organization, create accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another account.

3. Description of the Services

Pythra is an AI-native research and strategy platform for prediction markets.

The Services may help users:

• Research prediction market questions and events.
• Review market probabilities, prices, odds shifts, trading volume, liquidity, and related information.
• Connect market movements with news, public information, sentiment, and other signals.
• Discover and compare related prediction markets.
• Organize supporting evidence, contrary evidence, assumptions, and unresolved questions.
• Monitor market developments and changes in a research thesis.
• Turn a market idea into structured strategy logic through Pythra Forge.
• Evaluate strategies using historical backtesting or simulation tools.
• Monitor strategies, positions, or related market activity where those features are available.

Crypto-related events or signals may appear as a secondary event-driven category. Pythra’s primary product focus is prediction market research, intelligence, and strategy.

Pythra is not itself a prediction market, exchange, broker, bank, or financial adviser.

Features may differ by platform, location, account type, subscription plan, product version, or availability. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features as the Services evolve.

4. Informational and Research Purposes Only

The Services provide information, research organization, analytical tools, and strategy tools for informational purposes only.

Pythra does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing presented through the Services is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee to buy, sell, hold, or enter any position or transaction.

Prediction market prices and probabilities are market-generated estimates. They are not facts, certainties, or guarantees of future outcomes.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing the exact wording of a market question.
• Checking the market deadline and resolution criteria.
• Reviewing the designated resolution source.
• Evaluating liquidity, spreads, volume, fees, and execution conditions.
• Verifying important information through primary or authoritative sources.
• Deciding whether any action is appropriate for your circumstances and risk tolerance.

You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. AI-Generated Content and Research Limitations

The Services may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to summarize information, identify signals, compare markets, organize evidence, generate research, or structure strategies.

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may:

• Be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated.
• Misinterpret a market question, source, deadline, or resolution rule.
• Omit relevant evidence or emphasize irrelevant information.
• Reflect limitations or errors in source data.
• Change when new information becomes available.
• Differ from the conclusions of other analysts, models, or market participants.

Pythra does not guarantee that AI-generated content is correct, complete, current, or suitable for any particular use.

You must independently verify material claims, market rules, source information, and other information that could affect a decision.

AI supports the research process. It does not make decisions for you and does not eliminate uncertainty or risk.

6. Market Data, News, Sources, and Related Markets

The Services may display or process information from prediction market platforms, public sources, news providers, social platforms, data providers, and other third parties.

Market data and source information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly labeled, or affected by technical errors.

A displayed probability may represent a last traded price, midpoint, model output, or other estimate and may not reflect the price available for an actual transaction.

Related markets may have different:

• Contract wording.
• Deadlines.
• Resolution criteria.
• Resolution sources.
• Liquidity conditions.
• Fees.
• Participant groups.
• Geographic or regulatory restrictions.

A difference between related markets does not necessarily indicate mispricing, arbitrage, or a profitable opportunity.

Pythra does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, timeliness, or continued accessibility of third-party data or sources.

7. Forge, Strategies, Backtesting, and Simulation

Pythra Forge may help users convert market ideas into structured strategy rules, assumptions, entry conditions, exit conditions, monitoring conditions, or risk controls.

Strategies generated, organized, or displayed through the Services are research outputs and are not recommendations or guarantees.

Historical backtesting and simulation involve assumptions and limitations, including:

• Historical data quality and availability.
• Selection of the testing period.
• Market liquidity.
• Bid-ask spreads.
• Fees and transaction costs.
• Slippage.
• Order timing.
• Execution assumptions.
• Missing data.
• Market rule changes.
• Model assumptions.
• Survivorship, selection, or look-ahead bias.

Backtested or simulated results do not represent actual trading and do not guarantee future results. Actual outcomes may differ materially.

You are responsible for reviewing all strategy rules, assumptions, limitations, and risk controls before relying on a strategy.

8. Live Run and Transaction-Related Features

Where Pythra makes Live Run, wallet, transaction, or execution-related functionality available, those features may involve real financial loss and additional technical, market, and third-party risks.

These risks may include:

• Rapid changes in market prices or probabilities.
• Insufficient liquidity.
• Slippage and transaction costs.
• Partial, delayed, failed, duplicated, or unintended execution.
• Network, wallet, blockchain, API, or infrastructure failures.
• Errors in strategy rules, data, automation, or user configuration.
• Suspension, cancellation, resolution, or rule changes by a third-party market.
• Loss of access to an account, wallet, device, or authentication method.
• Legal or regulatory restrictions.

Pythra does not guarantee that an order, transaction, strategy, or Live Run will be submitted, accepted, executed, completed, or profitable.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and authorizing any transaction, maintaining the security of your accounts and wallets, and complying with the rules and terms of the relevant third-party platform.

Never use funds that you cannot afford to lose.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to, display information from, or interact with third-party services, including prediction market platforms, data providers, news sources, social platforms, AI providers, authentication providers, payment processors, app stores, wallet services, and infrastructure providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and rules.

PALLAX INC does not control and is not responsible for:

• Third-party content or data.
• Third-party service availability.
• Market operation or resolution.
• Third-party account restrictions.
• Third-party fees or transaction processing.
• Actions taken by third-party platforms.
• Losses caused by third-party failures or changes.

A link to or integration with a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

10. Subscriptions, Purchases, Cancellations, and Refunds

Some Services may be available without charge, while other features may require a paid subscription, in-app purchase, or other payment.

The price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown at the time of purchase or through the platform processing the purchase.

If a subscription automatically renews, the renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. You may cancel through the account, app store, payment platform, or other method through which the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but may not immediately end access already paid for.

Refund eligibility and processing are subject to:

• The terms shown at the time of purchase.
• The rules of the app store or payment platform used.
• Applicable law.

Pythra does not guarantee that a particular refund request will be approved.

11. User Inputs and Content

You may provide questions, prompts, strategy ideas, feedback, files, or other content through the Services (“User Content”).

You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.

You grant PALLAX INC a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and operate the Services.
• Respond to your requests.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Improve the Services as described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide User Content and that your User Content does not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

Do not submit passwords, verification codes, private keys, seed phrases, complete payment information, or other information that should not be shared with an AI or online service.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate a market.
• Coordinate deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful trading activity.
• Spread information you know to be false for the purpose of influencing a market.
• Engage in insider trading or misuse material non-public information.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm another person.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Gain unauthorized access to an account, system, network, or data.
• Circumvent access controls, security controls, usage limits, or subscription restrictions.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, or access the Services through unauthorized automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written authorization.
• Use the Services to build or train a competing product through unauthorized extraction of Pythra content, data, or functionality.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, PALLAX INC, or the Services.

13. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, branding, databases, research organization, and other content provided by PALLAX INC, are owned by or licensed to PALLAX INC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Pythra and associated names, logos, and product identifiers are trademarks or brand assets of PALLAX INC.

Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Services is transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from protected Pythra content except as expressly permitted by PALLAX INC or applicable law.

14. Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Pythra Privacy Policy:

You are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy and maintaining appropriate security for your account, devices, authentication methods, and connected third-party accounts.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should promptly contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

15. Service Availability, Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.

The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party failures, market outages, security issues, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms.
• Your activity creates security, legal, or operational risk.
• Your account is being used without authorization.
• Suspension is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.
• We are required to do so by law or by a third-party platform on which a feature depends.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account and personal data deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

PALLAX INC does not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available, secure, or error-free.
• Any market data, news, source, analysis, signal, probability, strategy, AI output, backtest, simulation, or related-market connection is accurate, complete, or current.
• Any error will be corrected.
• Any strategy or use of the Services will produce a profit or avoid a loss.
• Any third-party platform, integration, data source, or service will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PALLAX INC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses related to:

• Trading or investment decisions.
• Market movements.
• Missed opportunities.
• Loss of funds.
• Wallet or transaction errors.
• Strategy, backtesting, simulation, or automation errors.
• Data loss.
• Service interruption.
• Third-party services.
• Unauthorized account access.
• Reliance on AI-generated or third-party information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, security requirements, business practices, or third-party relationships.

When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we may provide additional notice through the Services or other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

19. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure by PALLAX INC to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
